How long do u let poo sit before cleaning??
I just cleaned his tank the other day, fed last nite, and today there are 2 nice logs of turds and they are right beside and inside one of his hides. I just fed him a big rat last nite and dont want to spook him until hes is good and digested. Usually when i see poo, i clean it asap. Should i be cleaning it now or wait till he has time to fully digest?

If I'm working with newspaper as my substrate I clean the tub and replace the paper right when I see anything. If I have a substrate like cypress or bark, I'll spot clean if it's not on the tub. My only exception is during breeding they can defecate and I might let it sit for a bit as not to disturb the breeding. Then when I see a chance, I'll spot clean.

It won't hurt to clean up after they've eaten. Just gently scoop the snake out and set them someplace secure (like a small tub with a lid)...then clean quickly...and gently replace the snake. So long as you're not playing with the critter, threatening or antagonizing it...it's highly unlikely a little necessary movement will cause an issue.
