    Now .I am assuming you are talking about Nascar .... I mean NO DISRESPECT to your Sport by NO means ...BUT ....What do people get out of watching a bunch of cars drive around in s circle 300/500 times . I always laughed at it BUT also never knew any TRUE nascar fans maybe you guys can help me out . Why Watch ??? I feel as though there is not much of a difference than grabbing a folding chair and sitting next to the local highway!!!

    I used to feel the same way. Then years ago I saw a broadcast of a classic race. The announcer was so excited about everything that was happening that I couldn’t help but get excited to. Nascar is the most competitive series of professional racing that there is. 43 cars running 180+miles an hour within a couple hundred feet of each other. There are plenty of races where the 1st and second place are within 100th of a second apart. I like to describe it as chess at 200 miles an hour. All you have to do is see one really good stock car race and you’ll understand it for yourself.
