    Sweet as can be UNTIL...
DINNER TIME! She will attack -anything-...including the window of her tub if anything moves on the other side. She actually TOOK the camera from me! Haha, I jumped so bad. Was the first time trying to take pictures of her during. Gotta be a bit more careful next time.

I thought mine was the only one.. My RTB female will kill a mouse then hold onto it and watch me through the tank and if I get close, strike at me.

One of my ball pythons does the same thing. I gave her the rat and she had coiled and killed it, and I got a phone call--stepped over the tub to get my phone--and she struck at me!:rofl:
    Cutest thing ever.
She must be very hungry and convinced you want her food also...:ninja:

Wow. If your camera has video mode, that could make for an interesting video!

My baby RTB is the same

she is a SWEET HEART until feeding time

then she becomes the spawn of Satan and attacks everything and anything that moves. Shes like a mini chainsaw during feeding time

I have to agree! It's a big difference from BPs. They never refuse a meal and they get so aggressive. It's always fun to feed them!

Noooope, only when it comes to food does she go crazy. Otherwise she is VERY sweet and I can go about reaching in her bin and giving her fresh water anytime with only a curious sniff! When there is a rat or mouse dethawing in the room however she instantly knows.

I know! I only had the one charged at the time though and even it was a sucky camera. >_< I just wished I had hit the button when she attacked. Might have got an awesome shot! And she did enjoy her big rat. :)

Haha I have tried getting video before, but I jump so bad on the strike that you can't even see what the heck happened when it's slowed down. It would have been 100x worse here since she like ripped it out of my hands! XD

It's very different! I have to move the mouse or rat around most the time with my ball pythons and it takes some of them a while to even realize "oh, this is food!" and strike at it. As I said above...my boa is ready to go the second she even SMELLS the rat/mice dethawing in the same room. It's crazy how good her sense of smell actually is!
