    Feeling accomplished
This morning I went in to the "snake room" to check on everyone, and friggin Louise put the base part of her accurite directly in her water bowl. It was completely submerged . So we went out to walmart and bought everyone a new thermometer. This time I hot glued the probes down (I'm always really paranoid that one of the them will get the adhesive pad loose and get it stuck on their skin. I drilled holes in the sides of the tubs so I could run the probe in and out of the tub so I no longer have all that bunched up cord in the bins. I also put two dabs of glue on the tops of the base of the accurites and glued it to the side of the tubs.

It feels good to have one pain in the a$$ out of the way... Now if I could just get them all feeding again :P

Sounds great! It feels nice when you get things all organized and snake proofed! I especially hear on getting everyone eating again! I'm to the point were I will only unthaw 1 rat at a time, because they have been so hit and miss at feedings.

I probably would use Zip-Ties rather than glue, but that's just me. They'll eventually pull those thermometers down, but should hold up for a while.

It's nice when you have a productive day!

I used velcro in the past, but I'm such a worry wart that I took it all out because of a fear that they would get stuck in it someday. I know it's not likely, but there is always that chance.
