    Assist feeding question?
I have a baby who now took his fourth assist feed like a champ and is starting to very very slowly put on a few grams. Anyway his husbandry is spot perfect ie. 6 qt tub, temps and humidity on spot, on paper towels, black plastic hide (i forget their name) and a water bowl. When I give him his chance at going for the mouse himself he is terrified of it. When its (fuzzie size) left in over night, i find them snuggling together in the hide in the morning. So my question is what is the longest anyones had to assist feed a baby ball python? I would also be thankful for any tips on giving my scaredy snake some confidence.

    Hi,

It's normally a short term measure.

But I have one that was born in November 09 that started eating July 10 then stopped again 3 meals later and only started eating again on the 15th of October.
