    would this work
Hi guys I am trying to plan and research my new ball python setup. Would something like this work? I ofcourse would be using like a 10 gallon setup while he is a baby. then move up to something liek this for an adult.

That link is to a 15 gallon tank, which you could actually start off with. By the time you add 2 hides, a water bowl and maybe some fake plants, it will be just fine...

For a full grown adult, I would use something bigger...

what would you recommend? I don't want to use a 40 gallon tank I would like a nice enclosure to hold the heat in and humidity. could you point me to something that would work?

Well that cage would be just fine for a 1000 gram ball python, but if you wanted to house a full grown adult female or a ball python over 1800 grams, i would get something maybe 30 inches long 20 inches deep and 12 inches tall.

41 Quart tubs are about 36 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 6 inches tall and even huge females at 3000 grams are comfortable in them.

If you want to stay with that particular company, I would say get the 36 X 24 X 12 for a full grown Ball Python. Here are some links to other websites that also offer PVC and Melamine cages in the 3 X 2 size...
