    66% Het For Cinnamon???
So the other day i stopped in to the local pet store where i like to purchase my feeders from and i got to talkin with one of the guys that works there and he was asking me wat i had i told him i had a cinnamon and he said nice we have a 66% Het Cinnamon and i just paused staring at him and said "WHAT!?¿" he said ya its het for cinnamon i said to him i thought Cinnamons are a Co Dominant gene he just stared back and said well we have a guy that we have been buying from who has been doing this for years and his wife is a gentisis or watever and i just ignored him cuz that just doesnt sound right.

so im here to ask if you have a Cinnamon x Normal resulting in 50% Cinny 50% Normal would the normals have a little bit of Cinnamon gene in them causing them to produce Cinnamons if bred back together? this doesnt seem right to me but hey u learn something new everyday and this could be that something new!

    Thanks
    Anthony

As far as I know, cinnamon is a base morph and the normals you get are just normals. It's like with pastels and mojaves and so on

I would be wary buying any sort of snake from him though:confused:

you are correct a cinnamon is a co-dom morp so a normal from a cinnamon x normal is just a normal.

Yeah, reminds me of the dumb pet store worker at my local store (literally - he believed EVERYTHING he ever heard). Had some normals dropped off at the store, and he swore to me that they were pieds. Yeah - ok.

And did you know that sulcatta tortoises are SUPPOSED to be pyramided? Oh - and that teacup dog breeds are created by breeders starving the puppies to stunt their growth? It's true! It's what he told me!
