Any body use cages from Dragons4You?

Been wanting to get a display cage for my normal male, because he's not going to be a breeder, just a pet, and because I've been fighting with humidity in the room I keep him in during the winter because of the heating.

So I saw a couple people who said that Dragons4You.com had nice bp cages with double floors, so that you can have the UTH in there and it doesn't look like there's a UTH from the front because it doesn't have to be raised. So I went and ordered one.

Just wondering if I can get more opinions from people, to assure me that I didn't just waste my money...

Great cage. Thats where my first actual reptile cage came from many years ago. And there still holding up and they have been through all kinds of wear and tear. Ive kept everything in them to. great for ball pythons

I ordered one about a week ago. Jimmy is on top of communication and will not sell you what you don't need. The double floor has a slot for one foot of three inch heat tape. I really liked the look of these cages and the price tag is unbeatable. Shipping takes 2 1/2 weeks which, compared to Boaphiles, is awesome. Once it is shipped it takes 3-7 days. I am looking to receive mine around the 20th so if you wanna mull it over, I would be more than happy to take out of box photos and post an official review of the cage.

Please do a review. I have been thinking about getting a half dozen.

I know you have AP cages too I think, right? How do they compare? I'm more than happy with my current 4x2x2 AP with flexwatt belly heat, but it doesn't hurt to shop around. I'm going to need at least four more 4ft cages in 2011 and I wish I could have one cage from each manufacturer to 'test-drive' before I buy.

i like jimmy's cages. i also have a rack from him too. they are great cages for the money.

Mainbutter- I have had quite a few different types of enclosures. I also like to shop around and "test" different ones out. The cages above are great for there money. But they dont compare at all to animal plastics or some of the other higher end cages. I have little nitpicks about pretty much every type of cage I have had. Ive had the dragon cages the longest Before I bought them I was usuing fish tanks. It was when I first got into reptiles and I saw pictures of people with professinoal caging and the first thing I thought of was wow if I got stacking cages I could get twice as many animals lol. And he was the first person I saw with those types of cages. Back then I didnt even know what visions or ap cages were lol. I can post pics of the one I still have if you want to see how they hold up. Mind you that this cage is pretty old and has ho used everything from pythons, bearded dragons, baby water monitors lol. The only thing I dont like is the acyrlic doors and thats with any company IM just not a fan of those doors I prefer glass.

Visions are extremely light and easy to clean but they tend to bow alot which makes taking the glass out harder and there hard to keep humidity up in and keep the heat in.One remedy for this I have learned is ducktaping the vents in the back. It helps a little.

Animal plastics- I love they keep humidity in AMAZINGLY and there also not that heavy. The only thing is sometimes they do leak which is usually a simple fix just resealing it. And also I think they need more support in there center to stop from bowing becasue over time they will do the same as visions do. Even with bowing though the glass still seems to come out easy

Boamaster- I hate the wooden cages and racks for one reason only. They are extremely heavy and I helped a friend move a 6 footer up stairs once and will NEVER help move it again lol. The new plastic line of cages mark has though are amazing and pretty much basically just like ap. Very light.

Boaphile- I like the rack I have from him but Im not a fan of the cages just becasue the larger ones are basically two cages bolted together and I dont really care for the look of that.

Neos- are easy to clean but the square ones are harder to come by and Im not a fan of the slanted ones just because you have to go out and buy a rack separte to stack them. .

But like I said dragons are a great cage for the price but with you already having an ap cage I dont think you would really care for them that much.
