Think I heard a fart

Well I was sitting watching TV and I heard what sounded to be like I guess u would call it a wet fart, Do snakes fart? at this time of the noise he went pee so not sure really what it was???

Yep....your ears (and maybe even your nose! LOL) have not deceived you. :P Snakes can and will fart.

thats funny, my older female boa just let out a long wet sounding fart today and was gonna ask about it. made me laugh really hard.:laughing:

Sounds familiar...someone else on this site (on the BP sector) was saying their snake farted during a bath. Hasn't happened to me yet, but can you imagine walking behind a horse and it farting on you? Was walking behind our Quarterhorse (who dad was leading) in the hall of the barn and since I was leading the Arabian I couldn't back up. It was obnoxiously loud :8:

Actually i hear it a lot of the time, but then again all my snakes are in my room. It usually sounds like a burst of wind in the tub, but sometimes it is wet sounding, just nasty too!

My blood python farted right in my face once, it almost sounded like a human fart... very disturbing...
