Belly Markings.

First off, I wanna say sorry if this is in the wrong topic.
Anyways, I was hanging out with some friends who use to own ball pythons themselves, but because they had to move, they needed to get rid of them. Well they finally saw my little girl, and as one held her up, she looked under her belly and saw markings on it. Then she mentioned to her girlfriend that she had markings and how rare it was. I was just wondering if it really is rare to find a normal with belly markings. I don't know if it's true or not due to this being the first ball python I have ever owned, and I don't know the odds of normals with belly markings to ones with out, which is why I'm posting this. If anyone happens to get back and help me out with this great, if not, I won't be crushed or anything. lol Thanks for the help ahead of time.

Nope it's actually a VERY common occurrence. I would say probably 90% of normals have belly markings. But since normals vary so much in pattern, some could have absolutely no pattern, but most do.

It's more common for normals to have belly markings than to not have belly markings :)

Okay. Thanks for the information. I love learning as much as I can about the ball pythons, and I always love to get a second opinion when I hear something that someone says. Thanks for the info. =]
