A really, really clean ivory, or a super fire, or perhaps an ultra-high-white pied? I've heard of an instance where the animal came from a clutch that had no white-gene snakes in it, only pieds, and it was all white.

Some of you are on the right track. It is a Co-dom combo, not a recessive.

Going off on a limb here and saying Super Lesser + Super Cinny? Because I've seen some lesser super cinnies, so...
