    Is flexwatt still "IT"?
I have had flexwatt in my enclosure for a couple of years and it seems to have finally burned out. The Ranco thing-a-ma-jiggy is still working and reading temps but the under-tank panels won't heat up. The tanks are sitting at 76*. I want to order new ones but before I do I want to make sure there's not something new on the market. Does everyone still use and prefer flexwatt tape?

Thanks for your time. I've been away for a while and all the uth threads I see are "is this too hot?" or "how do I regulate it?"

Far as I know, flexwatt is still pretty much it for heat tape solution in the USA.

Flexwatt is still the way to go in most circumstances.
