RTB tub setup

Hi im about to get a RTB i want to get a hypo, but i want to do a tub setup while he is small, so can u help me design a good setup, size of tub, holes, my house temp is like 75 should i make a hole with mesh for a top light? HELP!!!

I use a 32 quart tub for my young boas. It is heated with a Under Tank Heater. I use a space heater to keep the room they are in at 80F. Boas like to perch, so if you put a small peice of wood or branch in there they will apreciate it...
