    tubs
I was just wondering what store has the best selection of tubs that are different sizes but the same height for my future rack.

I find that Target and Wal-mart have the best selections in tubs, however, kmart gets some real nice ones in every once in awhile.

Yeah K-Mart, Walmart, and Target are the best places for tubs. But some people have storage stores around them that only deal in storage supplies, you can also get some from them.

Don't order them online unless you absolutely have to, shipping can be a pain due to sizes.

For a rack, I would actually advise ordering them online. The Sterilite and Rubbermaid tubs you buy in stores have the styles, sizes, and dimensions changed every so often. The online suppliers maintain more consistent sizes, so if you ever need to replace a tub, you have a better chance at getting an exact replacement instead of on that may not fit quite right...

Try the Container Store. They haven't changed the dimensions of their basic shoebox, boot box or underbed box in YEARS. They have retail stores but you can also order online. That way if you have to replace boxes in the future it's more likely you will be able to get them.

Rubbermaid & Sterilite change their product line at least every year, and the dimensions change, which screws up racks. That's why I don't have any racks (yet). I have plastic shelving units that accomodate various sizes of tubs. I plan to make thin wood shelf liners for them that will anchor Flexwatt, but right now I have a mishmash of UTHs. The setup looks messy as anything but works until I can make it better.

I've got about the same set-up, plastic shelving unit with stand alone tubs. I made anchor bases for my UTH's from some melamine shelves I got from Lowes and had cut to size.
