Rack Temps?

Just got a rheostat and flexwatt from the bean farm and the knob is turned all the way to low but the flexwatt is reaching 105F without air circulation on the rack, im using back heat by the way. Without the flexwatt on, the temps drop to 80F at night and 84-85F during the day. Are these ok temps until i can get a good thermostat?

I'd order a good stat, STAT!

Yes

Ok because i cut all A/C to my room and have only a fan in to keep air circulation.
