    Blue Eyed Lucy question
I am just starting to learn about genetics with aspirations to breed in the next few years and I have a question for you experienced breeders or for people more in the know than I am.

I know I can get a Blue Eyed Lucy from breeding a Mojave to a Lesser or a Lesser to a Lesser....my question is, is the percentage any higher on getting one from doing one of these combination's over the other?

    Hi,

No the only way to improve the odds would be to use a homozygous ( or super with any combo of the BEL genes ) animal as at least one of the parents.

Yeah I didn't think it would make a difference. Thanks for the response.
