Checking in to say hello =)

Hi guys! I'm Emily, a 19 year old student from Chicago, owner of one normal baby ball python (Riddle) and a gorgeous yellow lab named Holly, lol. I've handled a grand total of three snakes in my entire life, since I was terrified of them up to about five months ago. My boyfriend (ex, now) had a boa constrictor and he slowly introduced me to it (never letting me hold him, though, because he was scared I would do something stupid to make it hurt me *headdesks*) and I fell in love. With the snake, not my ex :3

I'm a sophomore in college, majoring in Spanish education and psychology. The latter is just for fun, really, and my career will be teaching high school (and eventually college) Spanish.

My goal is to eventually own a butter, lesser, and a pewter...possibly breeding, if I can work myself up to that. Right now my baby normal, Riddle, is enough for me, haha. Maybe in a few months when I save up enough money I'll get a lesser! Anyway, just wanted to say hi to you all! So far the community is amazing, and I've already made a few friends :3 I can't even tell you how helpful the forum is. So glad I found this place!
