    Upset about this BP....
Today I found out that one of my BIGGEST ball python GIRLS is actually a big ole BOY!!!

I purchased the SHIM (He or she) back in March and they had her clearly labeled as a girl. Unfortunately for me, I am now stuck with an extra breeder sized pastel male, since I can no longer confront the seller since it has been such a long time.

Don't give him away, find a use for him!

Make some more super pastels! You can never have enough of those. :D

When I started getting into my collection, I would ask the breeders to pop them in front of me before purchase (babies of course). They are usually willing to even show you how to do it. I just received my first shipped baby, took it out, weighed it with a pic, examined it and of course popped it to be sure. For new collectors out there I would recommend always having visual proof whether the breeder does it or you do it.

Gender doesn't change. Confront the seller.

I say confront the seller as well, though many people will tell you that you should have sexed him/her as soon as you received him/her just to be safe. But still if a seller is 100% certain about sexing (even though we as humans make mistakes) he should try to make it right.
