    Rookie question on genetics
I am new to genetics and trying to figure it all out. Am I correct in this.

    A Spinner X Normal = 50% Spider and 50% Pinstripe.

And a Spider X Pinstripe = 25%spinner, 25% spider, 25% pinstripe and 25% normal. Or am I all confused and need to learn genetics 101 again, lol.

    Not quite right.

    Spinner x normal = 25% spider, 25% pinstripe, 25% spinner, 25% normal

Basically, the same odds with either pairing.

Thats what I figured after I posted and its cause both of the traits in the spinner are two diff alleles in diff loci with a normal allele paired to each.

Am I correct or atleast close?

Lol, I used to say that too when I was in the military. I glad there are morph calculators.
