    Question about feeding
Hello all. I recently aquired an adult normal BP as a "rescue" The previous owners fed her once every two weeks if they remembered. I fed yesterday, 1 medium rat. I found out this morning that they fed her two medium rats per feeding, albeit only every two weeks. The snake is a bit under weight, not severly so, but I am wanting to get on a regular every 7 day feeding. Should I feed another today, or wait and just feed one medium rat every 5-7 days?? Opinions and suggestions greatly apprieciated.

Oh, and I should add. The snake is Definitely still in hunting mode, super alert to everything around her. She also wasted no time in getting the rat that i fed her. Litterally was on it and coiled as soon as the feet of the rat hit the substrate.

Shes 4-1/2 feet long, As far as weight I don't know as I need to purchase a scale (just getting back into the lifestyle...err, um, hobby). I will pick up another rat today and see how she does.

If she's thin I'd give her one small rat every 5 days until she fills out, then switch to a medium every 7 days.

Just fed her another medium rat. She took it as soon as it hit the floor of the tank. Shes should be good to go now.
