hey shed question

Will a bp refuse food directly after a shed? Last night Scarlett shed for me. It was a good shed and on a feeding night. So I thought bonus and let her finish shedding waited about an hour and then tried to give her a rat. she wanted nothing to do with it. She hasn't eaten in a month so I'm thinking on Wednesday i will give her a mouse to wet her appetite and then the rat.

It just varies from snake to snake as far as eating during shed. some do, some don't. She may be going on a winter fast. Just double check your husbandry,and keep track of any weight loss...
