    i noticed u said ur RHEOSTAT will be there, did u mean THERMOSTAT??? cuz u would really want a thermostat not rheostat. prolly just a typo but just double checking

    Yes a rheostat for now, im comfortable with it because im using back heat plus i walk by my snakes a good 14-25 times throughout the day so i see the temps a lot, i will be able to catch a possible malfunction. This is temporary until i can afford to throw down $160 on a good thermostat. Getting my own business on it's feet so a lot of my money goes to that.

    you can get a johnsons control t-stat pre-wired from reptile basics for 80

    I picked up a plug in rheostat from the bean farm for 20 bucks. It will have to do for now i have a friend who uses these and has never had problems.
