Just plugged in some new flexwatt heat tape and its working fine but has a buzzing sound to it is this normal?
Is it touching metal at all?
no that is not normal.... do you have it rolled up when it plugged in or laying flat?
Its laying flat and there is no metal just some aluminium tape below it
