    Poop after cleaning
Just about every time I change out the snakes tubs and cage they totally unload all over the place. I change out the bp's a couple days ago and sure enough both of them annihilated their enclosure within a couple hours.

Yesterday I switched my corn to paper towel from aspen and literally within 20 minutes of being completely sanitized and fresh, she destroyed a corner of the 20GL and it went for like 8 inches.

Is this a common thing other than for just me? Do you think the corn isn't comfortable for whatever reason using aspen as a toilet? When I first got her she didn't go to the bathroom for months until I gave her a warm bath. I think she's a procrastinator!

Maybe the excitement gets to them?

    Hi,

Yep some of mine do it too.

One in particular (male cornsnake ) can't seem to live without the smell of crap in his enclosure. :rage:

I wondered if it was territorial or if he truly enjoyed making me run around like his faithful servant.

My friend's cornsnake hold's it in until he's holding her, then let's loose.

if you clean on a certain day....try taking them out and putting down a old comforter and letting them slither around a bit. Chances are they may take care of their business with a little exercise...lol:rolleyes:
