    Mitch's First live feeding!
Today was my BP Mitch's first live mouse. He did really well! Ive had him for only 6 days, and i first fed him 2 F/T hoppers the night i brought him home. He killed the mouse after about 10 minutes. The mouse and him touched noses, then he hot him in a headlock until he died. At first Mitch was trying to eat him belly first, then butt first, then butt first a few more times... Then after i almost gave up hope.... He clamped onto the head! I have it videotaped. Its about 30 minutes long. Im so proud of him! He is now sitting in his hot hide. What a rush. I definitely feel 100% better now, and i know he can handle a mouse now. :)

yeah, mine still has trouble getting it through her head that you can't eat a mouse sideways. They usually figure it out eventually.
