Congrats keep going! That's amazingly fast. I'm 5'10 was 300lbs in 2008. Today I'm down to 235 and still losing! Want to be down to 210 by spring, loss is slow and difficult for me, but I feel great.

Totally, sugar is the devil! I hear it can damage you liver like alcohol too. Some people can moderate but I had to completely cut the candy and soda out of my life.

I am still struggling to lose my last few pounds. I'd like to be 120 but it's becoming difficult to get down there. I started at over 215 LBS and vary between 125-130 LBS now.

Wow , you people are awesome ! I have a few friends that struggle with weight, and one in particular is constantly on the latest diet. It never works either...
She will also purchase every diet pill ever made.
I try to tell her that if they worked, there would be no overweight people.

I have no problems with weight, still weigh 108 pounds like when I was in highschool BUT I think that is solely because of lifestyle. There are no easy solutions. I eat what I like, but watch that its healthy and just eat less of it. I stay busy. I like to walk, hike, ride etc. I have to keep moving ;)

I think changing the life style is the only way to go. It might be slower but its a change that will stick, unlike the diet up and downs..

    Anyway, congrats !!!

good job to all, like zena10 says no pills or magic will work just some good old hard work and life style changes. keep at it all.

I have about 40 lbs I need to lose. I have been hovering right at 240 for about a year now, down from my all-time high of around 315. I just need to get motivated again to get this last 40 done and I'll be happy. I think I can realistically do it by the end of the year if I can find the motivation to get back to working out every day...

I'm generally 160-180 depending on the time of year.. I'd like to get down to 135-140 one of these days, but that's going to take some crazy cardio (which isn't a bad thing).
