    A little insight please,
I've been reading up on the genetics of a granite. I've read that they are dominant and I've also read that they are co-dom. Does it depend on the individual snake? My first project will be working with granites.

If it's co dom and I breed it to a normal, I will get nothing but normals correct?
If it's dominant then will I get both?

I tried the wizard, but normal isn't listed :/

if its codom 50/50. and dominant just means it will show on all the babies (that are not normals) no matter the combo. but its likley that if its a three bang combo, that two of the other morphs will show and no spider. Get it?? i think i might have confused myself. but i know im right.

just like pastels and spiders and pinstripes bred to a normal

    50/50 come out.

From what I understand of genetics, a co-dom will give you the same odds as a dominant morph if it's the only one carrying the gene in the pairing. So you might get some normals and some granites. The only difference between co-dom and dominant is that a heterozygous animal with a dominant gene looks the same as a homozygous animal with the same gene, whereas a heterozygous co-dom looks different from the "super" homozygous form.

I don't know if granites are dominant or co-dominant, but from what I know, you'll get the same odds.
