    Substrate in east VA
If anyone is using aspen or cypress substrate for thier racks in eastern VA is was wondering where do you guys get it?
Right now I'm using those 4.38 cubic feet bags of the Native Earth aspen I get for $20-25 a bag. I'm up to 9 racks now and going through the stuff pretty fast. Does anyone know any place to get bags of aspen or cypress cheaper in eastern VA?

I know at the conrcord pets( local chain store) they carry the 8.0 cubic ft of aspen for the same price I have easy 17 tubs I do and I can get about 30 tubs cleans ( over 2x my number) before I need another bag. More less a alrger place that sells ( think it spelled) kaytee should be able to order it. ask a couple places when you visit them.

See if you have a Meadows Farm Nursery in your area...They usually carry Kambark Cypress Mulch or can get it for you.

If you're willing to do a little driving and stock up, these guys had great prices last time I checked with them, and they sell Harlan products.

They also do some delivery so you might even be close to their route and can meet them to pick up.
