    yes it is too hot, 90-94 is what you want

    also, don't type in all caps....it just makes it look like your immature

    You really don't want to go above 95 just in case. Although I've never heard of a Ball getting burnt at 99 degrees, you never know..

    My adult CB-70 rack stays steady at 88-90 but there's one tub that goes up to 96-97. There's nothing I can do about it and she is fine with the higher temperatures.

    I am sure they can handle it but if you can get it lower, I would.

    99 wont harm anything but may over heat their bodies to cause neurological problems later on.

    Average human hand is about 95
