Extremely stinky urates

My little pastel girl has very smelly urates, some are partially green but not overly so. She drops these little bombs about once a week, and actual stools are about once a month. Out of all my years owning snakes, I've never smelt a urate like this. He stools are solid, and the typical color. She does not seem to be underweight or anything, though it's hard to tell because she's got a baditude and likes to huff and puff her body flat.

Should I be concerned about parasites? I'm always paranoid about butt bugs because I work with other reptiles, so I thought I'd post for a second opinion.

No, every snake is different as far as the strength of the smell of Urates. For instance my Het Pied female is only 500 grams but will stink up the whole room when she pee's. My other BP's don't smell near as bad as her when they do it.

I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you got him/her from a reputable source, there should be no concern about some smelly pee.

Yea. It defintley varies from snake to snake. Its very easy to tell when my snake has passed a urate. It has a horrid strong smell that hits u as soon as u walk through the door to the room. It is def a unique smell that becomes ingrained in ur mind. I guess on the plus side ull know right away when u need to clean the ttank!

My het pieds are the same way Steve. Both of them absolutely STINK when they defecate, but my other ones aren't so bad. Just varies, like their personalities!

Also thought it would be worth mentioning that my BP's smell worse when they pee than when they defecate. :O

Like the others have said, it just depends. My spider's urates barely stink, half the time, I don't even notice.

When my male BP produces urates and pee it really stinks. It smells worse then his poo!
