    ball not feeding
I bought this male snake from a breeder at a show in march.I am worried because he has only eaten once since then and that was about a month ago. What should I do to get this guy eating more.

You need to give us a rundown of your set up, temps, enclosure size, how you are heating it, humidity, etc...

Also, what have you tried feeding, live, f/t, pre-killed?

Is the snake young, like a hatchling, or is it older, as in, almost full grown, an adult, etc..

Try live. I bought a female who was an adult that was feeding on F/T and she went off feed. She would not eat F/T for me so I gave her live and BAM gone.

Sounds like your refusing to feed what it needs to eat?
F/T is fine if they'll eat it, if not then you need to be offering live.

Does the belly heat have a thermostat to regulate it?

The ambient temperature for the warm end shouldn't be that high, shoot for 90-92 for the belly heat and 86-87 for the warm end ambient temperature.

Since it's a tank you might want two hides, one on the hot spot and one in the cool end.
