Moving Containers That Don't Leech Stinkiness?
    Hello,

I am moving which involves a 2,300 mile drive. I have some basic plastic tubs that I use for moving my three snakes around (Adult Ball Python, Adult Northern Pine Snake, 1.5 Year Old Boa Constrictor) this area however they are getting too small for the snakes. At the same time, if they have had their lids closed (which DO have holes in them) for a while, they stink inside very strongly of plastic. I'm concerned about that for the extended trip.

So I'll be getting something else to carry each of them in, but I'm looking for something that does not leech that horrible smell. I don't even want to know what it does to the snakes. Can someone point me at something which does not leech that awful smell?

Ahh, thinking out of the box there. Probably due to experience as well. Would double pillow cases be enough?

One Pillow case is fine, just put the snake in and tie the top in a knot or use a zip tie. It works wonders.

Yeah, I don't have much experience but with long trips but I read about a breeder taking a BIG boa to the vet and used a very large pillow case. I got two 100% cotton cases and used them a few times.

I have never done a long travel like you though. But at this current day, if I had to travel that far, I'd put them in the cases even if my tubs didn't smell ;)
