My Newest Addition: Male Pastel
I got a new addition last Saturday (yep you read right: Saturday. It was a breeder from the other end of my state, and we drove and met halfway). He was in shed when I got him, so I figured I'd wait until he shed to post pics. ;) Here he is in all his glory! LOL He is already 1158 grams, so definitely big enough to get a little lovin' from the ladies this season. :D

Re: My Newest Addition: Male Pastel
Thanks for all the comments guys! I chose him specifically for his color, pattern, and overall clean appearance. I have a nice lighter-colored normal female with lots of gold striping on her neck as well that I hope will produce some nice offspring with him. Definitely was looking for an adult male that still held his color well, and was very glad to run across this guy. I'd had my eye out for a pastel for about a year now, but he was the first one I ran across that really caught my attention in a big way. He's already producing sperm plugs, so as soon as QT is over, I will be pairing him up with my normal girl. May even shoot for lesser pastels or pastel ghosts in the seasons to come (ghost already has a project this season, and I don't know if my lesser will make weight this year), especially if he produces some nice offspring this season.
