    Dusting food
I just wanted to see what you guys thought about dusting prey items with either a multi-v dust or calcium w/o d3 dust? I know many will say it's not needed. But will it hurt? Is it good for breeding females?

if your feeding f/t i suppose a calcium and multi would be ok jst to give alil extra nutrition, because during the freezing processe i belive the rodent looses some of its vitamin content, but for live feeders there really is no need at all.

snakes get tons of calcium everytime they eat, they digest bones so yea enough said... why do you want to dust their food in the first place?

It was a question. Never said I wanted to. I was just curious to see if any of the large breeders saw maybe a benefit from supplementing breeding females with more calcium. Healthier snakes= potential for more/healthier eggs.

I've heard that too much of any vitamin/nutrient can cause their body to absorb less
