Heh... so far I'm the oldest, or at least GOT my snake at the oldest age. I got my first snake only 1.5 years ago, at the tender age of 32. I'm up to 29 snakes already (including the 6 I produced myself), so I've been making up for lost time! :D

got my first snakes and lizzards as a kid at 15, ive done corns in the 200 numbers
boas in the 30s, gopher/10 honds/15 kings/ 15 brb/8 hogs, mangroves, dums, much more with lizzards. i got into balls in the last few years, there is still nothing like finding eggs or babys after all these years. i do it as a hobby now and buy what i like for the fun and if i make some mone at it i just use it for food, cages, or the next snake. age 51

I have been around reptiles my whole life, I was practically raised with them. As I was growing up we always had dogs and reptiles, that was it. For my 8th birthday my dad took me to buy my own reptile, I bought a normal ball python, unfortunately it didn't live very long, I could only assume that back then it was a wild caught and was probably sick from the beginning, but we'll never know.

I adopted a snake when I was 18 but had to keep it at my girlfriend house because my parents wouldn't have that at all. Then I move out at 19 and bought my first snake about 2 months later at tinley park

I did my first Repticon show in Orlando last October (I sell lucite bug specimens and jewelry) http://www.LuciteTreasures.com I've always liked snakes, but were a little creeped out by them. I had a Pac man frog that ate hoppers 15 years ago, so I didn't mind feeding. The breeder in the next booth traded me a female normal for a bat in lucite. I've done every Repticon Orlando since, and the National Reptile Breeders show in Daytona (got my first morph) 47was a bit old to start a new hobby, but I'm hooked.
