I highlighted the important things.
A one year old animal could go of feed for months and hardly lose any weight, I had animals going off feed for 9 month straight and they barely lost a 100 grams which was nothing.
If your BP start looking pretty skinny after only a few weeks I would say that if true (and the only way to know is by monitoring your animal's weight) than there is an issue aside from food refusal.
A BP would not start looking skinny after a few weeks.
Now as far as fast it can happen for various reason your job is to make sure there is nothing that can be done to help your BP resume feeding.
Make sure your husbandry is optimal and if it is well you will need to wait it out.
Again make sure you are monitoring your animal's weight and if it is really losing a lot of weight in just a matter of a few weeks than you will need to take your animal to a vet and start with a fecal.
