How do I look up threads that I have " new replies" in them....
and how do I look threads I have posted in? Cant' seem to find the feature.

In the upper left under Site navigation you will see UserCP. They will show up there for you.
They don't show up for ME there. I've wondered this same question now and I still can't find them. Is there a setting I need to change? There is NOTHING in my UserCP

Click your name in the left panel and then you can click "find all posts" or "find all started posts"
