Quick question about tubs.
So I'm looking at getting myself a rack system! (about time for myself).
Anyways, I was wondering what kind of tub size is the best for a ball python to grow into? I can't afford two racks (one fore babies and the other for juvenile/adults.) so if there's a tub size out there thats good for a baby to grow into, I'd love to know. Or if someone has any advice on how to house the babies until they grow enough to go into the adult tub then I'd love to know. I have an idea of getting the smaller tub with a lid, poke holes near the top and place it in the rack like that. Any thoughts on how that would work out?
Like I said, any advice would be great, and the correct size for an adult ball would be nice to have posted as well. I plan on calling this guy this weekend, and I'd like to give him as much detail as possible for the size tubs that would be houses, and dimension for the rack it's self.
Thanks in advance.

CB-70 size is the recommended tub size for an adult ball python. Yes, putting a 6 qt tub with a lid on the rack for the heat is a good option. Just make sure you monitor the heat on the small tubs properly as it could be different from the bigger tubs. An 11" heat tape would be too big for the 6 qt tub, so you will have to be careful where you put that tub.
If I was in this situation, I would probably just put the hatchling on 6 qt tubs on a separate shelf with it's own 3" heat tape. Right now, my hatchlings are in 4L RUBs (Really Useful Box - awesome escape-proof boxes!) on a piece of wood that has a 3" heat tape attached to it sitting in the corner of my room. But that's because I only have 3 hatchlings. It cost me $30 for everything including hides and waterbowls (not counting the shipping charges for the heat tape).
