Need live rats in KY

Okay I need help finding a live rat to feed my BP. Ever since I got her Ive been trying to get her to take frozen, I tried this for an entire month then gave up and drove probably 45 minutes into the middle of no where with a buddy to pick up a live rat.

Anyways I was wanting to find someplace better as I am getting ready to move to a new city 30 minutes away making that drive an 1 and 15 minutes, not something I want to do every week.

So does someone know a rat breeder close to Mt. Sterling Ky (new house) or Morehead ky (old house)

anyone know anyone?

all the pet stores I went to seem to just have hamsters/gerbils

no one sells or buys live rats in ky?

best thing i have for you is in lexington. small mom&pop store has live rats...as long as you want smalls. no pups, pinks, fuzzies...just smalls.

there is a show in morehead once a month, usually 1st sunday i think. and mike jones is always there with a selection of rats and mice. live and frozen. if you need his info, i've got it. best to pre-order if you want something specific. but he generally has most sizes.

where at in KY? I am in Louisville

yeah, mike sold his rodent business to eric yeckering or something like that. he usually vends at the ky shows. although it's a travelling show now. only in the same place maybe twice a year. BUT, i'm breading rats now, and if you need anything and are at least willing to meet me half way, we could probably work something out. even if the OP hasn't responded since the beginning...
