    Hoe long would i have 2 pair them up?

    Hi im new 2 breeding and was wondering how long i have 2 keep pairing the male and female together 2 make sure she is pregnant? i meen can i just do it once and then she will be pregnant or is it a mather of day on and a day rest or 2 and day on again etc? :confused:

    Before you start attemptng to breed have you done the following check list:

    1. Working incubator(if not maternally incubating)
    2. Thermostat
    3. Thermometer/hygrometer
    4. Egg tub with hatching medium/grate
    5. Additional tubs for hatchlings
    6. Hatchling rack with heat source, thermometer,thermostat

    You'll find it easier if you have everything ready ahead of time.

    My advice to you would be to pair them 2 on / 3 off until the female ovulates.

    Remember to keep monitoring them, and feed them while on break.

    and BTW it's Gravid ;)

    well your answer is it only takes once, no different than us humans lol

    but most people keep putting them together as much as possible to increase chances. giving them breaks and usually when you put him back hes more intrested in her after leaving.
