    Orange Pastel?
Is there any such thing as an Orange Pastel or is it just a Orange Ghost Pastel? I found this on kingsnake and it almost seems too good to be true.

It's a pretty poor picture, too. I would not trust that photo to be an accurate representation of what those pastels look like. Not saying the seller is untrustworthy (I didn't even look at who it was)....just saying that even with GOOD photography, it's sometimes hard to capture their true colors. So with a crummy pic, I simply would not expect them to really look like that.

In the end...in my eyes...they look like ordinary pastels that will brown out a LOT as they get older. But I'd be happy to be proven wrong. Maybe ask for a picture of the parents to get an idea of how they might color as they age.

Well Pictures look like relatively fresh hatchlings and I have seen several pastel hatchlings that were orange like even hatched a few myself but quickly changed to yellow after a shed or two

I've heard some breeders maintain that orange coloration on hatchling pastels inevitably browns out, while the yellows tend to stay true. I'm sure there are exceptions, and I'm sure I've never seen any quite that orange myself.

Orange Pastel would be a new way to describe an ugly pastel I guess

This is just a poor example of Pastels and to me not worth $275 for the pair.

There is such a thing as POG Pastel orange ghost, however it is a combo and you should expect to pay around $700 and up for for a single animal and an hatchling would look like this
