How to properly that out frozen thawed mice?

Is there a certain way to do it? Thanks.

I have 2 ways... The morning of feeding day I will move them to the fridge. They are thawed out by the evening time, then right before i feed them, I heat them up a bit with a blow dryer. Or, if I forget to take them out of the freezer, I will put them in a bowl of hot water. They are usually ready to go after about 45 minute (that's a small rat). May take longer for larger rodents.

I thaw my mice out in a hot bowl of water. I make sure the water is not boiling hot. Before I present the mouse to the snake I hit the head of the mouse with a blow dryer.

I thaw mine out in a bowl with hot water from the tap (as hot as I can get it) and let them sit until they're completely thawed. Then I refill it with hot water right before feeding so they make some nice warm targets for the snakes.

Place in fridge morning of feeding. Place in warm bowl of water 30 minutes before feeding. Right before feeding, replace water with fresh warm water. I use this same method for pinks all the way up to the large rats. I keep all of them in the same bowl. Never had any of my snakes refuse a meal. I don't have quite a large collection as some of these other guys though.

I have never used a hair dryer.

yep bowl of hot tap warter of 1/2 hour here, after they thaw I usually have to change water 2 or 3 times before i get them all out keeping them real warm seems to help with fast, sure strikes IMHO. I just shakw off excess water, can see how them being wet can hurt anything if you feed in a seperate cage you clean between feeding days so no blow dryer for this guy.

I do the same procedure as the others mentions except I put my rats in an individual plastic baggie before putting them in the water so the rat doesn't get all wet and soggy.

This is also the method that i use, however i don't use scalding hot water, it can "cook" the mouse/rat and as far as i know snakes can't digest it properly.
