Seller Permit

So I need a bit of help. I'm hoping to be a vendor at the 2011 Sacramento reptile expo and so I'm trying to figure out it all out now rather than last minute.

The vendor application asks for a seller permit number but to get a permit do I have to have a business license?

If I were you, I'd try to get in contact with the coordinator for the expo. They should be able to give you the information you need in order to become a vendor at that show.

I tried taking a look at the Sacramento business licenses, but it was a little confusing as it was set up differently from the applications from my area. I THINK you might need a general business license to do any business in Sacramento county, but I'm not sure.

Definitely try and contact the coordinator as soon as you can to start getting things squared away.
