Does anyone know why my ball python has a lump on it's head and what's the cure?

It has been there for almost 2 months, about 1/4 inch dia., and it has stayed the same size, but he eats and passes regularly. Any help and comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks

A picture would certainly help. Without one it's almost impossible to say what it could be.

If your are concerned find a good herp vet and make an appointment.

My girl has one also, can feel it when palpating, no it isn't follicles, I agree with the visit to the herp vet also, my girl is going before she breeds
