ok so a lesser platinum can have an other genetic trait that adds the "platty daddy" or is the platinum that gene?
http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...light=platinum That thread explains it. The heterozygous combination of the lesser (or butter) and hidden alleles makes what is called a platinum. The hidden allele is also refered to as "het platty" on occasion.
