How to pop a hatchling ball python

I would like to learn how to pop a hatchling ball python, can anyone give me information I don't want to hurt my baby:colbert:

i just had my first hatchling a little over a week ago. i watched a couple vids on youtube and went for it. just dont use too much pressure. its easier to do on hatchlings.
