cut on nose

She just recently suffered a cut on her nose. I put got her some neosporin just to be safe but little bit of her skin is peeling back. Here the picture and sorry for crappy picture it is best I can do with upclose shot of cellphone picture.

Any advices? She is not currently eating and only weighting little over 2000 grams

I don't think that little cut would have anything to do with her not eating, are you worried about the cut or the eating thing?
