Another what should I get question going to an expo
    Ok Heres what I have

    1.0 pastel 09 1012 grams
    0.1 normal 09 865 grams
1.1 Het. Albino's that I am getting from Heather Wong, once it gets cool enough to ship.
0.1 Spider once it is established from Blue apple herps.

I am going to a show in Austin on sunday I would like to add another co-dom morph or maybe a double gene morph. I would like to spend under $500.00. I will only buy something if I find it to be a great example of its morph. VPI is going to be there so a black pastel is a possibility. Also I am thinking about a pastel yellowbelly.

    Help me brainstorm breeding plans

Please give me you openions as to what I should get to make some cool combos etc

    Thanks in advance

Ok, i'll jump in on this. If VPI is going to be there, with what you have and what you are wanting to spend, if you can swing an Axanthic Pastel, that would be killer. check this link from World of Ball Pythons (they have a killer morph list, most with pictures). http://www.worldofballpythons.com/mo...ic-vpi-pastel/ That will give you both a recessive and co-dom. :)

LOL...ok, i know how that goes. well, the best thing i can advise then is check out that morph list (its one of my favorite sites now to just get some basic info on morphs) and see what is dom and what is recessive. I know that Pinstripe and Shatter are other ones that are dom that you don't have yet. I don't know much about prices right now, I only went to my first show this past weekend which consisted of me going "ooohhhh...I want that one and that one and that one"

but really, that is a pretty extensive list and you can sort it by Dom and Co Dom by selecting those options at the top and hitting search. :D

I picked up a lesser from Tracy at vpi a few months ago at a san antonio show. She had some really nice spot noses and vanillas. Something to consider! I haven't decided if I should drive to Austin this weekend or not. I think unless I prebuy something before going I might not go.

I looked at the Austin show and if I remember, I only saw two BP breeders that were going to be there (and one lives in Dallas-Lynn's Bearded Dragons). We were going to go but decided it wasn't worth the drive. Hope you find what your looking for......whatevet that is!

ok, I went to the show and there where ball pythons a plenty, however there werent any really quality animals there and what was there was overpriced from flippers Lynns did have some and I am considering getting a cinnamon he has those where the only really nice balls there. VPI did attend but they left saturday nite and didnt stay for sunday so overall a waste of time :(
