If you feed your snake something too big, it will break it's ribs.

Haha, heard that one on here!

Snakes always bite the second person. Heard this from a park ranger in the Badlands, he was referring to rattlesnakes and hikers.

Strangely enough, the only rattlers I came across were lazily sunning themselves off the trail and didn't even bother to rattle.

    "All snakes are venomous"

From a very determined girl I met out to save my life by telling me that if I had pet snakes, no matter what kind they are, that they're going to kill me.

A pet Burmese python was stretching itself out every day to see if it could swallow it's owner.

A kid in school asked me if my snakes ever do this! I told him snakes are pretty aware of what they can swallow lol.

That a ball python would/could eat children... yeah. This was in response to me adopting my ball. I politely educated them about how silly that would look to have a 7 year old child inside a 4 foot python....

    Here is one:

"The Burmese Pythons in the Everglades will soon migrate as far north as the White House"

kind of similar to the one above but how they will quickly take over all the southern states that would include the mountains of Georgia where snow falls might just be me but i don't see a burm surviving in freezing temps yes maybe if it got in sewer system and the sewer stayed above freezing maybe

even if they had 100 successfully hatched eggs per adult and all lived to adulthood would take a few decades at least but they make it sound like it will only take a few years at most
