Congrats and thanks for posting! I can see the chocolate influence in the dark scattered in the light area on the sides of the combo. Are there any other sure signs of chocolate in goblin/yb? Does the back of the head have the fade bar or is there any of the chocolate white granulation in the flames or wider dark pattern?

I ask because I have a pastel yb and a pair of yb from my chocolate female and I've not been able to identify any of them as for sure having the chocolate gene so was thinking that if I didn’t just miss the combo maybe yb dominates some of the normal chocolate features.

Hi Randy, yes they have the fade bar but dont seem to have the white in the flames. The other male i have is not a blushed out as this one. The combo has a cleaner belly the the regular goblin. I think it helped me havivg a regular goblin in the clutch.Post some pics of your pastel/yb

Sorry for the delay. This male pastel yellow belly has been seen in person by a couple of breeders with lots of pastel yellow belly experience and they didn't think he got chocolate from his Garcia line chocolate mom. So it's probably just me seeing what I want to see that I keep bringing up his darkness in hopes that he is a triple. I’m glad to have a pastel yellow belly and will certainly breed him anyway even if that is all he is. But if I had more encouragement that he is also chocolate I would probably breed him to my mojave chocolate and go for super chocolate pastel yellow belly mojave, lol.

And here is his yellow belly brother. I went over to a breeder's house with lots of yellow bellies and he had some darker than this one so I figure either he missed on the chocolate yellow belly combo or yellow belly tends to hide chocolate.

    Hi Randy
I see the dark patern in the yellow, seems to be more that normal and he looks alot darker than a pastel yb. i have a pastel that i think has chocolate in him but he doesnt seem to be as dark as the pics i have seen of pastel chocs, maybe our lines are lighter than other lines ??? or is that me hopping:)
